What I collect and what happens to it

Short version: what you type into the form or send on WhatsApp, plus anonymous analytics. Nothing is sold, and there are no advertising or booking widgets on this site.

What you send me

If you complete a form here, the fields you fill in — name, email, phone, intent, budget range, zone, and your message — are stored in a private spreadsheet I control, along with the page you sent it from and a timestamp. I use that to reply to you and to remember the context if we talk again months later.

If you message me on WhatsApp, that conversation lives on WhatsApp's servers under Meta's privacy policy, not mine. I keep the thread so I can help you, and nothing more.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. That's aggregate and anonymous: page views, rough location at city level, device type, and which buttons get clicked. I can't identify you from it, and I don't try.

What I don't do

Who I share it with

Exactly one category of person: the broker or lawyer I introduce you to, and only after telling you who they are. When I make that introduction I pass along what's relevant to your search — typically your name, contact details, and what you're looking for. If you'd rather I introduce you without passing anything on, say so and I will.

Deleting your information

Message me and ask. I'll remove your row from the spreadsheet and delete the WhatsApp thread. No process, no form, no argument.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies to tell repeat visits from new ones. Blocking them in your browser costs you nothing on this site — everything works the same.
